Coached in the Everton academy for 9 seasons from 2007. Coaching the U15/u16 /u18s youth teams,and helping with the individual and team development of the boys to try and help them progress to the first team. I am the Holder of the Uafa A&B licence all youth modules 1,2,3 and Advanced youth module FA Talent I.D level 1 & 2 and 3. In 2017 I moved on to the Recruitment side with the senior team and emerging talent team trying to find the next generation of footballers for EFC, I have recently moved to Brighton & Hove Albion as the Center Forward Scouting Manager working within an elite team to find the next generation of players for the the football club.
