I am currently a self-employed Realtor with Dreamtown Realty. Whether my clients are first-time condominium shoppers, experienced investors, or seeking their perfect dream home, I understand that every real estate transaction should be a collaborative effort, and I place great value on listening to the specific needs of my clients. With more than ten years of real estate experience, I know that matching the right property to a buyer\'s needs can be a complicated process, and I have the patience and determination to satisfy even the most discerning clients. In addition to my skill with real estate transactions, I also have considerable experience managing condominium associations and multi-unit properties, and am a licensed property manager in the state of Illinois. I focus my work on many city neighborhoods including, but not limited to, Lincoln Square, North Center, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Wicker Park, Bucktown, Logan Square, West Loop, Edgewater, Ravenswood, Portage Park, Jefferson Park, Irving Park, Uptown, Andersonville, and Roscoe Village. I have also worked in surrounding suburbs such as Oak Park, Berwyn, Forest Park, Evanston, Wilmette, and Park Ridge. I am a lifelong resident of the Chicago area and have lived in many different city neighborhoods and surrounding suburbs. I currently reside in the Lincoln Square neighborhood of Chicago, where I intend to stay for a very long time. When not selling real estate, I can usually be found attending classes at the Old Town School of Folk Music or volunteering at the 47th Ward office. My other interests include vintage home renovations, cooking, travel, and silent films. I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Communications from the University of Iowa with a specialty in Film and Television production. Prior to my career is real estate, I worked for the consulting firm McKinsey & Company, where I assisted consulting teams in preparing client presentations.
