John Devlin Consulting Ltd was established in 2007 to provide a diverse range of Interim Management and consultancy services to the public and private sectors.Either through selected Interim Management agencies or via direct appointment, I can assist clients get from where they are to where they want to be; whether it be physical development and regeneration, structural reorganisation, behavioural change, portfolio review or any combination of the foregoing. RECENT ASSIGNMENTS:Programme Consultant: Stoke & Stafford Local Enterprise Partnership- critically reviewing projects & programme to improve delivery and spend.Interim Project Director, Ipswich Borough Council (2 year assignment)- Leading a £23 million project to create a nationally significant museum & arts project which will transform the economy and profile of Ipswich- Advising on the procurement of Masterplanning services for a major brownfield employment site- Developed business case for Local Authority Trading Company (LATC) to enable the Council to act as a property developer.
