Developed and implemented an Consumer Loan Loss Mitigation program to manage distressed member loans within a $800MM portfolio. This program is now automated with significant metric analysis. Also duties include Workout Specialist and Special Asset Manager for the Commercial Lending Department in the largest locally headquartered credit union in Austin Texas. Tasked with reducing loan risk in legacy commercial credit portfolio. Goal is to migrate problem loans in a mutually beneficial arrangement when possible. Quickly transition non-cooperative and terminably problem credits to satisfactory conclusions. Also responsible for developing and managing a qualified network of other credit unions interested in participation opportunities. As a task force member I helped create and implement an novel member service capability in the retail sector. Created a Pre-Order member function allowing members to order various products via a mobile platform and pickup order same day without waiting. Previously held commercial and Consumer Credit Management positions at a $800MM Community Bank. Led a team of 4 credit analysts and 3 support staff.
