Providing supply chain technical program management on several different Air, Defense, and strike, and Automounts Airport programs in various stages of production. Managing 200+ suppliers and several thousand parts, tracking BOM costs, lead times, within each product line. Increasing supply chain for up and coming programs, developing supplier relationships, conducting supplier assessments and performing supplier audits. DoD TS/SCI.Previously worked as a Sr. Additive Manufacturing Operations Manager at Divergent 3D. Used Divergent Adaptive Production System (DAPS) to maximize the production of automotive components. Developed metrics and dashboards to help track production and point out potential issues throughout the the production line. Scaled the team and production to support moving from a research and development environment to a production environment. Worked as a Process/Manufacturing engineer at 3DEO to optimize a mixed model production between metal 3D parts and CNC machining. Scaled and improved a machine shop to increase revenue and part throughout. Ramped machine shop from 5 people, 3 machine, single shift to 29 people, 15 machines and 4 shifts running 24/7. Developed process improvements within the 3DEO machine shop to ensure parts are made on time and to specification. Worked at Northrop Grumman (NG) for 7+ years with experience in systems engineering, manufacturing, composites, materials and processes (M&P), data management, and cross function collaboration. Supported AMP software systems engineering to define requirements, verification, and testing for several different subsystems. Supported the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) contamination control team to verify cleanliness requirements to ensure JWST will be a success. Worked on the F-35 program to manage the composite supply base and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while growing potential options. Developed engineering requirements for Engineering Building Block composite structures. Hands on experience with composite layup and assemblies. Self-starting engineer with good interpersonal skills and a knack to get things done.
