   John DeLascio focuses his practice in the areas of insurance coverage litigation and represents and counsels insurers and reinsurers in complex coverage, professional liability, and reinsurance matters. John has extensive experience in litigating bad faith cases, declaratory judgment actions, mass tort coverage cases, rescission and reinsurance disputes. He is experienced in a wide array of insurance coverage matters and various lines of insurance including: D&O; professional liability; EPL; and CGL lines involving long-tail toxic tort; and advertising injury claims. He assists and advises industry clients in numerous aspects of the insurance business from policy drafting and claims handling to reinsurance and retrocessionaire collections. John has had extensive appellate experience and has successfully argued matters before the Illinois Appellate Courts.
