We are pleased to announce the I.T. renaissance of Cinematix and the return of its founder, John DeCuir, Jr. from a teaching sabbatical.From years of experience, we know that when working in remote worldwide locations, a project designer is many times unable to access key design talent. Resolving this challenge, we offer digitally delivered project design services worldwide. We have designed feature films, themed exhibitions and architectural projects in Italy, Africa, Spain, France, England, Ireland, Japan, Canada, and throughout the United States.Data sharing teleconferencing allows us to interface with art departments worldwide to fill talent gaps that a remote art department may face.Our client project portfolio includes: Disney, NBC-Universal, DARPA, MGM, Paramount Pictures, Fox, Warner Brothers. Paramount Parks, & Six Flags. John began his film career on the Academy Award winning film CLEOPATRA, following this he moved on to become a Disney Imagineer on projects that included HALL OF PRESIDENTS, MISSION TO MARS, SPACE MOUNTAIN, SPACESHIP EARTH and master planning for EPCOT - WORLD SHOWCASE. His film designs include GHOSTBUSTERS, TOP GUN, TURNER & HOOCH, SISTER ACT II, JIM HENSON’S 3-D MUPPET MOVIE, ALIEN ENCOUNTER and over 20 other feature films.We look forward to helping you identify and employ the correct design talent mix for your project.In addition to his work with Cinematix, John is curating a collection of original film art used to create classic motion pictures circa and offering online courses in design for film television and theater.
