My role encompasses routine service visits, adhering to strict ISO9001 and ISO17025 standards, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of balances and scales used across sectors.Key Responsibilities: • Routine Calibration & Maintenance: Perform scheduled site visits to calibrate and maintain a range of weighing equipment, from high-precision 7-decimal place balances to heavy-duty industrial scales, platform scales, vessels, and silos. • Technical Diagnostics & Repairs: Manage callouts for equipment breakdowns, accurately diagnosing and troubleshooting issues to restore equipment functionality. • Installation & Integration: Oversee the installation of new equipment and systems, including both third-party and Micro Weighing Solutions products, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. • Specialized Knowledge: Extensive experience with signal injection, as well as the calibration of metal detectors and checkweighers in product inspection applications.My role demands a high level of technical knowledge, adaptability, and customer-focused service, which I consistently deliver to support clients’ operational needs and quality standards.
