    Responsibilities included Implementation of all safety procedures, Input on rewriting the Crane & Rigging procedures, overseeing direct and indirect labor in all aspects of the Company crane and rigging activities to include sub-contractor(s), coordination to meet the needs of the client and management during all phases of their ongoing Project(s) and operation(s). Asset in AutoCAD Critical Lifts design, review, and execution of all lift plans that were critical to the project(s) and client schedule. Mr. Daugherty mentored and/or trained four Lift Planners, three Superintendents, and 2 assistant Superintendents in 2022- present at S&B Engineers and Constructors. Mr. Daugherty takes Extreme Ownership in creating an environment on the project(s) and after-hours leadership training, basic to advanced crane and rigging mathematics for all supervisors, and includes any other employees that were interested in continuous education to better themselves. Mr. Daugherty brought a level of extreme leadership and compassion to S&B that touched countless craftsmen and their families. Was responsible for means and method, reviewing, and approving all critical lifting activities on the project. Also was directly involved with all planning and execution of high-risk, very complex bull rigging activities that a crane or other traditional methods could not support. Through a collaboration of detailed methodical planning to include great engineering and the execution of safe rigging practices all under his direction, we achieved zero OSHA recordable or incidence. This reduced a significant number of manhours in scaffolding, to say the least. Mr. Daugherty was responsible for 168 individuals daily ranging from helpers, journeymen, and supervisors to heavy transport and heavy lift subcontractors. He managed cranes from 15 tons to 1600 tons, forklifts/specialized forklifts, specialized heavy haul trailers (SPMTs), specialty over-the-road trailers, tractors, and standard haul trucks.
