About John Daly

I have relocated to NY and am seeking a high-level investigations leader role in a multi-national company. I have been in the Asia-Pacific region, based in Singapore, for 10 years managing a multitude of complex investigations throughout the region with focus on Intellectual Property Theft, Industrial and Economic Espionage cases. I have led highly-successful internationally diverse teams concentrated mostly in India and China issues. These investigations have provided me with a clear understanding of how businesses operate in the Asia Pacific region. I also work globally in a proactive manner to protect my company’s intellectual property as well as to mitigate loss and identify emerging threats. I am seeking a global role in a corporation in need of these critical skills and experience. I am currently employed by IBM in Singapore as part of the security team overseeing and leading our Asia Pacific corporate investigations teams. I have experience managing long term complex investigations throughout the AP region over the past few years. Many of my investigations are investigations that potentially have a global impact on our company and on our business. I have extensive regional experience over the last 9 years in a variety of roles which includes traveling to many diverse countries in order to create and maintain business relationships as well as to conduct briefings, investigations, interviews, training and other business related matters.
