Prior to becoming Lead Pastor at Eastside, was Global CEO of Crossroads Global Media Group. Has more than 34 years of corporate and ministry leadership experience. Leadership includes developing one of the world\'s largest leadership growth and development organizations, EQUIP, running a fund raising company, and speaking to thousands of people annually in both the faith-based and corporate arenas. Presently speaks to millions weekly as host and producer of 100 Huntley Street. As President and CEO of EQUIP Leadership, the organization was recognized as a “Best Christian Workplace” by BCW Institute for several years. Focused on leadership development, facilitated the launch of Equip in 174 countries and trained more than 4 million leaders. Has served as senior pastor for church congregations in the U.S and Canada, including the Peoples Church of Toronto, and has been the featured speaker at numerous conferences, churches and global outreach events on six continents. In 2013, personally walked 1,200-miles of a 2500 mile team walk from Atlanta to Guatemala to bring awareness to EQUIP\'s global transformation initiative: EQUIP World Relay.
