   Develop and help manage SoCalGas/SDG & E Quality Program to support the Pipeline Safety Enhancement Plan (PSEP). Conduct quality audits to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of PSEP Quality Program and ensure all compliance documentation is reconciled in accordance with company policies, processes and procedures. Provide support for other major projects within departments such as PCM and Pipeline Integrity. Help develop and manage the Quality Program as we expand it company-wide to include all high pressure pipeline and appenditures (greater than 60 psig) for engineering and construction activities and compliance requirements. This includes the development, implementation, revisions and compliance of Major Projects Quality and Risk Management, Major Projects Materials and Records Management, the PSEP Quality Plan and PSEP Procedures as related to Federal, CPUC, and local regulations, policies and requirements.
