I represent the 4th-generation of a railroad family, with over 20 years in the industry qualified in 5 crafts, & experience on the Board of Directors.As a Distinguished Weapons Expert, I also specialized in Precision Combat Rifle, Pistol, and Shotgun as a firearms & tactics instructor, and 3rd generation veteran of the United States Army. Veteran & soldier suicide is rampant in our country right now, so get up and do something about it.The rules of your railroad are written in the blood of those that came before us. If you don\'t understand, or your bonus is still more important, or you just don\'t care, then you are part of the problem and should be doing something else. Railroad safety is more than some Hi-Vis garment. It is a commitment to the quality training, qualification, and retention of your people.
