I spent most of my career building and leading global enterprise sales organizations, most notably as EVP of Global Sales at Qualtrics from 2013–2019.During that period, we scaled ARR from approximately $40M to over $550M, grew the sales organization from roughly 50 to 800 people, and helped guide the company from a ~$350M valuation to its $8B acquisition by SAP.Earlier in my career, I spent 17 years at PTC, progressing through multiple leadership roles across the Americas, international, and federal sales organizations.Today, I’m retired from operating roles and serve in an advisory capacity to a small number of companies where there is mutual investment and collaboration. I work closely with founders and sales leadership—mentoring, advising, and supporting their teams as they scale. Current advisory and board engagements include Clozd, OpsMate AI, MRP (Powered by MRP), Avobus, and Gladly.In addition, I regularly engage with leaders—often former colleagues from PTC or Qualtrics—who reach out for perspective and guidance. Many of these individuals played an important role in my own career, and supporting them is simply my way of giving back.Outside of my professional advisory work, I’m the owner-operator of Dagsfarm, branded as Cavallo Montagna, in Park City—an alpine farm and retreat centered on horses, land stewardship, and community.
