A seasoned leader who has held senior strategy and operational roles and delivered large scale transformational programmes in the public sector and professional services environments and who has also started, built and sold an SME in the food manufacturing space. For the last 9 years this has been through building a craft brewery and events business whose brand has become synonymous with excellent customer service and award-winning drinks products. Key to the success in all my roles has been my ability to build relationships with my own team, within the organisation and equally as importantly externally. I believe that for organisations to succeed they need objective, data driven, evidence-based decision making and the clarity that is provided by a concise business strategy.
