I am known as someone who focuses on delivering projects that provide real and measurable benefits to my clients.With over 30 years’ experience in a diverse range of government and SME organisations, I have delivered a wide variety of projects ensuring that they delivery benefitsI am usually sought out to help in the most challenging projects.My expertise and main methodologies I use cover the following areas- Writing ICT Strategic Plans to ensure ICT delivers value to the business (CMM)- Change Management to ensure changes are adopted and used (ADKAR, Elements of Change)- Project Management to deliver changes (Agile, Waterfall using PMBoK)- Writing business cases with a focus on the problem and benefits (Investment Management Standard)- Implementing benefits realisation (Six Sigma, Benefits Classification Framework)- Business Improvement (Lean, BMPN, PCF)The advantage I have is my experience in understanding organisational culture which leads to knowing how best to use the above, and other, methodologies to deliver projects.My experience covers a diverse range of clients including local and state governments, universities, top ASX 200 companies and SMEs.I use a variety of standard methodologies to deliver projects and offer a robust and professional approach to every assignment.I also thrive on challenges having run many of the worlds hardest marathons and ultra-marathons including Mt Everest, Death Valley, Patagonia, Oxfam, Swiss Alps, Victoria Falls and many more.I believe in being social and environmentally responsibility and I am - Chair of Outer East Foodshare (providing food to relief and security to people in need)- Committee member for Yarra Ranges Emergency Relief Network (helping various community groups including, indigenous, family support, disability, homeless etc.)
