In this contract role, I’m responsible for driving growth, profitability, and brand alignment across domestic and international markets, working directly with Shiner LLC (UK-based distributor) and a cross-functional global team.Key responsibilities:Own and manage U.S. P&L, sales forecasting, budget creation, and entire brand marketing and product calendar adherence.Lead global sales strategy with oversight of the Sales Managers and key account relationships.Direct operations and customer service through the Operations Manager, ensuring supply chain and fulfillment excellence.Manage brand marketing, creative, and product development functions in alignment with global brand direction.Build and implement KPI-based bonus structures and team performance tracking (TSRs).Coordinate closely with international partners to align inventory, product strategy, and global marketing efforts.This role combines high-level strategic planning with day-to-day operational execution, enabling Arbor to scale sustainably while staying true to its core identity in skateboarding and outdoor lifestyle. It involves a lot of nimble decision making to scale the business while stay on sales and budget targets.
