Provide consultancy, deliver and support the management of the People Development agenda across DC Pensions, in line with identified business needs and priorities.Take shared ownership of the quality, design and delivery of the learning and development of materials across DC Pensions to increase competence, capability and deliver overall business goals.Be responsible for projects so that clear objectives are set, processes implemented and appropriate solutions delivered in line with operational requirements or business change outcomes.Actively develop strong relationships with stakeholders and staff at all levels, creating balanced and effective conversations, in order to deliver programmes that benefit your ‘customer’ and business units involved.Provide a high level of consultancy when handling requests and enquiries to explore the needs of the individual/business and consider all options to provide guidance, counsel and advice on the right people development support/solutions, in alignment with internal and external priorities.Provide effective coaching through 1:1 and group sessions,be able to facilitate workshops, learning events, forums and meetings; enabling individuals to explore thought processes and openly share ideas and opinions
