   Lead the design studio for tile and stone, education and multifamily, overseeing concept development, creative direction, and product strategy-Drove the launch of Shaw Contract\'s new porcelain and ceramic portfolio, launching a full suite of collections on an accelerated path to NeoCon 2025-Build product narratives that bridge design and storytelling, enabling cohesive, inspirational solutions for the A&D community.
