   I\'m a direct report to the VP of Union Field Services alongside the regional ops directors. Certified by EthosEnergy Group\'s Legal department as an Authorized Contracts Advisor (\"ACA\"​). This certification allows me to review, revise, negotiate, finalize, and execute Contracts and other forms of Terms and Conditions within company parameters without direct oversight by Legal. EthosEnergy Group requires its business-unit ACAs to keep up to date with continuing education through Legal on any changes in the laws and/or regulations of the various jurisdictions regarding Indemnification, Insurance, Taxes, Import/Export, Hazardous Materials, etc, and the updates in company policies that may arise from those changes in laws and/or regulations. My skills and duties encapsulated in a few bullet points: • Interpret contractual provisions to analyze possible legal and business exposure and to ensure that the company\'s contract terms are being followed; • Use independent judgment and discretion in drafting, reviewing, interpreting, and negotiating a variety of contracts and other legal documents; • Participate in/lead negotiations related to contractual terms and conditions; • Serve as a central point of contact to facilitate contractual activities from inception to completion-heavy client interaction; • Advise internal stakeholders on compliance with company legal policies and procedures; • Motivate and communicate effectively with individuals both inside and outside of the company; • Lead/coordinate completion of client RFIs, RFXs, client setup and bid propsals; • In Salesforce review & close-win opportunities upon job completion; • Assist AR with client payments in arrears; • Review existing contract templates to identify areas requiring updates to ensure compliance with applicable laws/company\'s policies; • Uploaded Contracts documents, Rate sheets, COIs, etc. to Microsoft Teams; and, • National and international travel.
