   Promoted to lead enterprise-wide IT strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and compliance during and after the corporate transition from Aadi Bioscience to Whitehawk Therapeutics.Responsible for overseeing all IT aspects of the legal and operational separation, including technology carve-out, data transition, regulatory compliance, and continuity across both entities. Ensuring uninterrupted operations and audit readiness through the entire divestiture process.Serve as the primary technology partner to all major business functions.
