I’m a Stores & Facilities Manager working across infrastructure and construction environments, making sure stores, yards, and facilities are safe, compliant, and actually work for the people using them.Day to day, that means keeping control of assets and stock, maintaining vehicles and plant, and making sure sites meet the standards they’re supposed to — not just on paper, but in real life.I’ve worked on national infrastructure projects where poor stores or facilities control quickly turns into lost time, wasted money, and unnecessary risk. My role is to put simple, practical systems in place so teams can focus on delivery instead of firefighting.I’m usually brought in when: • stores or yards have grown messy or inconsistent • compliance is becoming a concern • nobody’s quite sure where assets are or who’s responsible • sites need tightening up without slowing work downI’m hands-on, straightforward, and data-led where it matters. I work closely with site teams and managers to put controls in place that are realistic, easy to follow, and sustainable.At the end of the day, my focus is simple: safe sites, clear accountability, and operations that run the way they should.
