Experienced in management of any aspect of Residential and Commercial Construction, Renovations and Capital Projects. Extensive experience in building trades. I have owned and operated an Inspection and Renovation company. I am a certified electrician and have experience installing IT systems. I hold many licenses and certifications in several fields. I hold a Commercial Driver’s License and FAA Commercial Instrument Pilots License. I am OSHA 30 Certified as well as First Aid and CPR. I have extensive experience working throughout the U.S. and in many countries throughout Asia. I have over 26 years of hands-on experience in performance-oriented leadership and management positions. Skilled manager in building high performance teams. I have managed as many as 75 personnel and budgets ranging 4 to 6.5 million dollars. Strong analytical skills and proven ability to implement effective and cost-efficient solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly competent in use of a broad spectrum of computer applications including Fieldwire, Procore, and all Microsoft Office applications.
