With over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I’m passionate about helping people and teams achieve more. Whether that’s guiding a first-time homebuyer into their dream home, supporting our operations staff, or mentoring new loan officers to thrive in their careers. As a Branch Manager at Guild Mortgage, I lead with a focus on mentorship, affordable housing advocacy, and community impact. Alongside my partner, Chad Mayer, our mission is simple: to make good things happen for other people - borrowers, team members, and partners alike. I’m currently building and empowering high-performing loan officer teams across Arizona who share our commitment to integrity, customer care, and long-term relationships. Outside of work, my wife, Desiree, and I are proud Arizona natives with two amazing daughters - one playing beach volleyball at the University of Oregon and the other pursuing her Master’s in social work at the University of Oklahoma.
