With over 35 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, I have grown my expertise in various aspects of the field, from production processes to supply chain management. Throughout my career, I have not only contributed to the growth and success of numerous manufacturing organizations but also excelled in cultivating leadership potential. My ability to mentor and develop both new and seasoned leaders has been instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence within teams. With a proven track record of driving efficiency, optimizing planning operations, and achieving strategic objectives, I am passionate about continuing to make an impact in the dynamic world of supply chain operations. Currently I am with H-E-B who embodies the spirit of true employee (Partners) ownership and leads by example: “Because People Matter”! I am also actively engaged in many volunteering fronts currently serving as Chairman of the Board for the Dairy Products Institute of Texas.Previous to H-E-B, I worked for Nestle. In my last role, I had the privilege to lead a Supply Chain Operation for NWNA in Pasadena, Texas and lead them through the NCE (Operational Excellence) qualification process in preparation for TPM. I enjoyed many experiences in change management & capability building for Factory Leadership Teams in all areas of operations (Master Planning, Measures & Review Process, Problem Solving, Standards management). I helped lead the Factory Operations Groups in the North Florida to become the National Pilot Site for Nestle Waters North America in the \"Nestle Continuous Excellence\" Process. We the first Reference Site for North America. I started the TPM Journey at the North Florida location and the implementation of similar programs in other facilities in the USA and Canada. I also worked in Italy and Mexico training and teaching TPM principles to multiple sites. Building teams and creating sustainable change excites me. I especially enjoyed a \"green field\" factory start up with Frito Lay, Inc. as both a Technical Specialist & Start Up leader.My Specialties & Interests: Supply Chain & Manufacturing Operations, Change Management, Continuous Improvement, TPM, Project Management, Coaching & Developing leadership teams and organizations.A special place in my heart: learning something new and teaching others. crazy enough, I can\'t get enough of it so a few years ago I started a YouTube Channel and it is over subscribers and growing.
