   E&J Parts Cleaning Inc. has been an integral part of Waterbury’s metal finishing industry since 1993. Our company strives to give our customers the best possible standard of quality and service. We are currently ISO 9001:2015 and ITAR Registered. For over 30 years we\'ve serviced the greater Waterbury area and will continue to expand and serve our customers every day. We\'re proud to be a part of this community and take great pride in our service. We started with 1 tumbling barrel and a scooper and 30 years later we\'re at 2 locations and 24k square feet of production space and work with some of the biggest manufacturing companies in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey New Hampshire & New England. After 18 months of research and planning we completed the buildout (summer 2023) of our state of the art, ISO 5 level cleanroom to offer cleanliness validation to ISO 16232. Validated extraction methods for small, stamped components with analysis done by an automated, light optical microscope and dedicated software that will give our customers complete reports categorizing reflective and non-reflective contamination by largest size (length, width, area, etc.) with pictures of your largest particles included in the report. As of April 2024 we\'ve installed and launched our new state of the art, automated vacuum vapor degreasing system utilizing an engineered and sustainable solvent.
