Our goals include building affordable housing for those in the extremely low-moderate income bracket holders( senior living, homeless or low income veterans, extremely low-moderate income individuals and families) With plans to reinvest back in our community(s) while also ensuring that no matter where we decide to develop a project, the community is and will be its main priority when it comes to reinvesting back to it. part of that is putting aside a monthly set aside that can be distributed yearly or quarterly for local churches, schools, educational institutions other than public schools, local LEO, Emergency service providers, to help do our part in being community engaged and community investors. Other goals will include working with clean technology to ensure we our doing our part environmentally, using low voc paints, solar and water efficient technology, and other renewable energy sources. Clark Realty Investments will work with local businesses to ensure that they are served especially those that are undeserved and neglected. partnering and investing in Clark Realty Investments LLC, is like partnering and investing in a community. our investors are not investors to us but partners.
