ABOUT JOHN CLARK

I am an identified high performer with a proven track record leading strategically important teams and programmes. I am trusted to build and lead high performing teams and I hold senior client relationships across the Regulated Water Sector including Southern Water, Severn Trent Water, Affinity Water and South East Water. I am an equally experienced leader of discipline teams on major infrastructure projects such as HS2 where I was a member of the project senior leadership team. I have led a UK wide Taskforce team of high potential high performing individuals across a leading engineering consultant and have received subsequent career Mentoring from the Chief Executive Officer.The objectives that I was involved with were- The role of consultancy businesses over the next 15 years (to circa 2030)- Digital platforms to engage and inform Early Career Professionals- Developing and implementing a strategy for the business to be Carbon Neutral by 2025- Maximising the utilisation and effectiveness of the Integrated Complementary Resource Centre I have undergone executive coaching to further develop my career plan and to maximise my potential and personal growth. I have extensive commercial experience, reviewing and managing contracts through bidding and delivery of frameworks. I have designed quality and commercial governance procedures and ensured their implementation to successfully deliver large projects and achieve project milestones on complex multidisciplinary programmes.I have built a wide network of professional contacts through my involvement in the Pipelines Industry Guild, my chairing of the Liverpool John Moores University Industrial Liaison Committee until April 2016 when I relocated to the South East, and now the Brighton University Industrial Advisory Board.
