John Ciraulo joined Massey Knakal in 1993. Named partner in 1998, he has built a strong presence in the Midtown South marketplace in neighborhoods including Murray Hill, Gramercy Park and the Flatiron District. As Vice Chairman of the company, he provides senior management support to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. John has specialized in the Midtown South marketplace since 1990 where his strategic approach, professionalism and negotiating skills have continually earned him recognition. In the past 20 years, He has evaluated more than 2,300 buildings and closed in excess of 400 transactions with an aggregate value of more than $2.3 billion. He currently resides in New Jersey and can be reached in Massey Knakal\'s Manhattan Office.
