   I am fortunate to work within CBRE\'s Occupier Advisory and Transaction services team where we focus on the needs of Tenants/Occupiers of Space. We serve as your strategic advisor, lowering your real estate costs and occupancy risks while maximizing workplace flexibility and productivity. We analyze your business drivers and occupancy needs, identify and evaluate appropriate options, and manage lease negotiations for renewals, expansions, contractions, relocations of HQ operations as well as our client\'s global real estate portfolio. I am involved with CBRE\'s Tech & Media Practice Group. We study trends in the tech world that assist companies with how to best prepare for high growth real estate needs as well as how to best recruit and retain top talent.
