I partner closely with Continent Presidents, Product Leaders, and discipline heads to drive enterprise-wide alignment, facilitate strategic workshops, and deliver high-impact solutions. I champion the use of AI and emerging technologies to accelerate project delivery and enhance efficiency. My work includes leading structured assessments, prototyping, and validating solutions that elevate hotel operations globally. I oversee governance processes, ensuring clear accountability and risk mitigation across complex, matrixed environments.
