My primary responsibility is to ensure the highest quality of project management and client experience for all assigned projects. I am passionate about training project managers to better understand effective project execution and helping grow and develop new team leaders (because who doesn\'t love a good training montage?).In addition to my project management duties, I actively engage in business development and build strategic relationships with clients and within the industry, particularly in the big box retail sector. I work closely with other leaders to develop client satisfaction strategies, striving for a higher standard of industry-wide expectations in project management and leadership.I am committed to quality project management, ensuring that every project is executed with precision and excellence.
