I have been a top tier manager for over twenty-five years. I have worked in several different industries specializing in outside sales. One of my greatest assets is my ability to relate to people and build relationships. I am able to create an environment with employees and co-workers that fosters a strong team that is goal driven. Maintaining an environment that is positive and productive allows great individuals to become part of a cohesive and even greater team. I lead by example with a productive mental attitude and take responsibility for my actions and the actions of my team.
