As Director of AllPlay CIC, I am proud to lead a social enterprise dedicated to creating inclusive sports opportunities for people of all abilities and backgrounds. Our mission is simple yet impactful: to break down barriers and ensure that everyone, regardless of age, ability, or circumstance, has access to the life changing benefits of sport.The heartbeat of AllPlay is the innovative AirPitch system, a portable, inflatable sports arena that offers unparalleled adaptability. Whether it’s higher surrounds for visually impaired players, wheelchair accessible layouts, or sensory adaptations for neurodiverse participants, AirPitch can be customised to create safe and engaging spaces for all. While small-sided games like 3v3 football promote high intensity and skill based play, AllPlay takes these benefits further by tailoring the environment to meet the unique needs of participants.We focus on creating bespoke participation programs for underserved communities, including individuals with disabilities, refugees, and marginalised youth. Our work doesn’t stop at providing inclusive opportunities; it’s about fostering confidence, improving well being, and building stronger, more connected communities. Recent conversation with organisations such as Active Fusion and Doncaster Deaf Trust exemplify our commitment to making meaningful, lasting change.My role as Director involves not only driving AllPlay’s growth but also forging partnerships that amplify our mission. With experience in grassroots sports development and event management, I’m dedicated to expanding AllPlay’s reach, starting in Yorkshire and extending across the UK, Europe, and beyond.AllPlay CIC isn’t just about sports, it’s about creating spaces where everyone can belong, thrive, and connect. Together, we can redefine what it means to make sport accessible to all.
