Operations Manager - Residential Lettings & Property Management @Spicerhaart

Responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our organisation. Working closely with other departments, to ensure the optimisation of efficiency and productivity within the business. This includes- Developing, implementing and managing operational plans and procedures, across all departments- Setting and overseeing company-wide goals and objectives- Ensuring the efficient use of resources, including personnel and equipment- Analysing performance and productivity metrics, providing regular reports to senior management- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers, stakeholders, vendors and partners- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes as needed- Managing and mentoring a team- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies- Collaborating with other functional teams to meet company-wide objectives- Continuously evaluating and assessing the effectiveness of current processes, whilst suggesting improvements.
