In my role I am responsible for the following areas; budget attainment, customer service, client implementation, daily operations, sales management and individual selling. In the last 16 years the Central Region team has generated $500 million in gross profit at an average of 105% of stretch goal attainment. I have personally sold over $120 million in new GP business averaging 103% of my personal sales stretch goal. We have grown the region operations staff from 28 to 180 employees and have reduced attrition from 25 to 17% by upholding a respectful diverse work culture and implementing several employee engagements programs that are now adopted throughout the company. In the past 16+ years we have improved customer satisfaction ratings at this office from 85% to over 90% total quality score today.
