Growing up in a family with a strong automotive legacy, I was inspired to pursue my dreams at Kettering University, where I honed my skills and cultivated my interests.With over a decade of experience at Ford Motor Company, I\'ve had the privilege of undertaking 17 diverse work assignments, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for growth. These roles have ranged from technical and operational to strategic and tactical, allowing me to quickly adapt, learn, and apply new skills. This journey has been recognized with multiple awards, including three Ford Recognition Awards for exceeding expectations and demonstrating a \'can-do\' attitude, an Employee of the Month award for leadership, and the Roopak Verma Symbiosis Award for innovative synergy.Currently, I serve as a Financial Analyst in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP & A) team for Ford Integrated Services (FIS), a novel division focused on experimental business models and new ventures. My recent graduation from the EMBA program at Michigan State University has equipped me with advanced business acumen and integrative leadership skills, further enhancing my ability to drive strategic initiatives.In the short term, my goal is to continue developing my business, technical, and leadership capabilities through my role at FIS and ongoing professional development. Looking ahead, my long-term ambition is to master the intricacies of mobility systems and create innovative solutions that enable seamless connectivity, confident movement, and the discovery of new opportunities for people worldwide.
