I am in the completion stage of Safford CJD sf, Safford Hyundai Priority Toyota sf, Complex it is an out of the ground new dealerships on a old dump site which has Methane gas, wetlands protection, a soccer field donation to Fairfax Parks and Rec, the entire bldg. pad and parking lots will receive Dynamic Densification we also will be doing a Jack and Bore under the CSX R.R.tracks, Quest and Verizon fiber opt. lines & Plantation Jet Fuel Line feeding National Airport. We have lost time due to the last mo.\'s rains so the schedule is very challenging to get under roof before snow season. Very interesting project with so many governing bodies involved. All new site utilities storm drainage, sewer, water, electric, gas and communications. Projected turnover is July 2014. Previously Senior Superintendent @ Hitt Contracting In. I recently worked on 10 story s.f. 2 1/2 year restack for NASA H.Q. very challenging secure site very aggressive schedule. My previous high lights are out of ground construction, Old Fairgrounds Hyannis Ma.\' Nantucket Golf Club Nantucket Ma. and Lansdowne Country Club and Resort Lansdowne Va,(Just completed United States Dept. of Agriculture Plant Protection and Quarantine facility and APHIS Campus at Miami International Airport), part of the Very Proud Team that built the Homeland Security Headquarters Va. after 911 Fast Track, High End Restaurants, Hospitals, Clean Rooms, Historical, Hotels, Jackie Gleason Theater/Filmore demo gut, structural and architectural remodel @ Miami Beach Fl, United States Dept. of Agriculture Campus Vetrinary Services and Plant Protection and Quarantine Facility out of the ground @ Miami, International Airport now working on final phase demo old facility and installation of site utilities and parking lot. 2010 Zurich Excellence in Safety Award winner.
