I am an Internal Medicine physician with a passion for delivering high quality, efficient, cost-effective primary care with a focus on obesity management and migraine control and prevention. My background in Public Health helped me realize how important intensive ambulatory care is not only to the patient but to the overall healthcare system. While in school for my Master in Public Health, I had the privilege to work alongside a Culinary Medicine team, developing an evidence base for culinary based interventions to better treat many of the chronic diseases we see today. I believe that a good life is one that maximizes quality of days, decreases burden of disease, and helps patients pursue their goals and their passions. My undergraduate work in Biomedical Engineering has helped me to broaden my approach to medicine and aids in thinking outside of the box to achieve solutions not readily seen.
