About John Carpenter

Most of my experience has been as an Engineer in the automotive industry. I have found that the best approach has been to work with multi-functional teams to create innovative and workable solutions to improve the performance, quality and safety of processes and products. I have managed all types and sizes of projects and worked directly with many OEM customers (Ford, GM, Caterpillar, Navistar, Mack, Chrysler and Freightliner). My current position has a greater focus on internal improvements to processes and products. My greatest strength is never backing down from a challenge and never allowing a setback to stop forward momentum. My greatest satisfaction comes from a team reaching a successful conclusion to a difficult task.
