Prior to working for gaming companies, I had accomplished a career of outstanding performance in food and beverage and rooms operations with Marriott Corp. I was involved on hotel opening task forces which included the opening Marriott\'s first European hotel in Amsterdam. Boyd Gaming hired me to successfully develop, open and operate 2 casinos for them. One in Kansas City, Mo. and one in Las Vegas,Nv.While with Ameristar Casinos, I went through ownership transition with Station Casinos.I had a proven track record during my time with Station Casinos where I was Director of Food and beverage at 4 properties.Specialties: Multiple Hotel and Casino opening and operation experience with different companies. Culinary Union negotiations in Las Vegas. Budget preparation and implementation with multiple companies (gaming and non-gaming). Capital Expenditure implementation including restaurant and lounge re-dos with multiple companies
