I have been blessed with an ongoing career of over 30 years in leadership roles within the Lighting and Electrical industry. This has included many years in the lighting manufacturing and agency side of things as well as the last decade in the distribution and contracting side. I love the opportunity to understand and help solve customer\'s challenges through engineered solutions. The consultative sales goal is to become an extension of your customer\'s team and to help make their organization better/stronger because you are a part of it.At this point of my career; I am most fulfilled by developing my organization by helping those around me unlock their full potential, grow in their capabilities, wisdom and confidence.I strongly believe: Ability is what you\'re capable of doing.
