Nice to meet you! I\'m John C. Quarles - I am a very passionate individual with a deep belief in customer service and operational excellence. I believe world class customer service (both internal and external) can only be achieved by strengthening the core of business practices through process, procedure and training. By profession, I am the Operations Manager for IFC National Marketing, a leader in insurance brokerage. My career has had me on both the sales and operations sides of business with stops as Account Manager, Director of Sales, General Manager and VP of Operations.By passion, I care about helping people succeed in life, business, health and mental wellness. I believe that people can only truly succeed if they are able to balance all four of these pillars in their life. By compassion, I have volunteered with Make-A-Wish Minnesota, which serves a unique, and vital, role in helping strengthen and empower children battling life-threatening medical conditions. I have personally managed three fundraisers that granted four of these wishes, and professionally with Freeman St. Paul as a supplier/sponsor for their annual Wish Ball, and other area events. By volunteer, I am a certified Meet Director with USA Gymnastics.
