About John C. Neubauer
John and is an inventor, author, and seasoned project developer, He has structured, overseen, and assembled financing for development of commercial and industrial projects involving hundreds of millions of dollars. He has helped clients reduce unnecessary overhead and increase productivity. He is especially skilled at building both domestic and international relationships. In 1977 he invented Tai Chi Yoga, a blend of tai chi and yoga into a single health and wellness discipline. He has taught thousands in the US and Europe including at the corporate office of The Principal Financial Group. He was selected as one of just 16 national contestants for America\'s Real Deal TV business show in 2022 where he was interviewed by Marie Osmond in front of billionaire judges, before the sudden onset of Parkinson\'s disease forced his withdrawal prior to its airing. Following his remarkable recovery from Parkinson\'s, he recently published the book \"The Power of Tai Chi Yoga\" on Amazon (June 2023). John has been highlighted in Success Magazine for his innovative market and manufacturing development of recyclable commodities in the 1990\'s that produced a line of 100% recycled-content products for major US retailers. In the 1980\'s he structured a joint venture that included European technology, a US construction company, a Japanese trading company, and a non-transferable government bond allocation of $75 million. He also opened up new Asian export markets for recyclable commodities from the Upper Midwest. He has managed diverse operations and finance matters simultaneously including domestic and international bank accounts. He has directed legal teams overseeing compliance matters. He has secured a number of federal, state, and local grants. He has assisted lawyers in drafting enabling state legislation and city ordinances; then successfully lobbying for their passage. He has guided many projects thru the regulatory and permitting processes. He has been the winner of a number of awards including two Iowa Governor Community Betterment awards. He graduated with honors from Drake University in accounting and was the only accounting major ever to win its university-wide public speaking contest.
