Complete all scheduling. data entry, invoices & billing paperwork fully and completely using Intuit QuickBooks, Buildertrend & Building Connected.• Experience with collaboration with multiple construction trades, Responsible for vetting prospective bidders and executing subcontracts to trades like: Low Voltage, Trenching, Electrical Engineers, Civil & Mechanical Engineers, Fire Alarm Vendors, Specialty Commercial Electrical Equipment Manufacturers, Plumbers, Excavators, Concrete Finishers, Street Paving and Restoration, and others.• Coordinating with PG & E on service upgrades from application through to energization.
