I am currently working as a consultant Senior Development Manager for DivcoWest Real Estate Investments. I am part of a Development team for Cambridge Crossing - a 46 acre development in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. The development consists of large scale, new build lab/office buildings as part of Phase 1. Phase 2 will consist of ground up, residential projects. There will be a total of 16 new builds projects within the development which was originally a brown field site in between two rapid transit rail stations. I was Senior Development Manager on Parcel JK - an approximately sqft lab/office building. I managed the core and shell construction and also the tenant fit out for Philips North American HQ as the anchor tenant in the building. The project was completed in December, 2019. Since then, I have been working on Parcel U which is a sqft lab/office build within the same development.
