The part of my job that makes me different is not my education. Nor is it what I view as the most important skills in my area of work: critical thinking and problem solving. It is the values of hard work and the idea of valuing people instilled in me through my upbringing and experiences. People management is about working with people to bring out their best work. It is about leadership, setting an example and valuing everyone for their contribution. As a leader, you must show people you care, give praise when deserved even for small things because they are important. Exceptional leaders are consistent in these applying those principles. This is what I pride myself in doing for everyone I work with. I work hard to inspire those around me every day and provide them with the things they need to succeed.
