Current DM for 5 stores, identifying creative ways to increase margins and sales, implement new company programs and ensure current programs are being executed, second in command for our region of 144 stores, working closely with the RM with all special projects, analyzing all Key Performance Indicators to recognize areas of weakness to better develop the 12 districts in our region, create and enhance partnerships with all vendors to increase overall development.
