Looking forward to new district leadership opportunities and challenges. With over 15 years experience, currently held multiple Operations Positions for the Home Depot. Working with and mentoring retail associates, across all levels, allowed me to develop my skills in problem solving, building inclusive teams and helping my team members contribute to winning awards and exceeding company performance measurements. I am also experienced at navigating and building relationships with company leaders to drive performance. As a District Manager, it’s critical to connect with every associate at every level in a store. My experience with recognizing our differences led to my participation in Home Depots Talent development. I don’t shy away from difficult conversations with store associates or bringing a difficult issue to upper management. I believe in holding associates accountable and having executives hold me accountable.
