John Burton is a development economist and manager with 35 years experience in international development with the UK development ministry, and for 8 years with KPMG. He has worked in Africa, Asia and the UK, with over 12 years overseas experience and working in over 20 countries. He has worked at a senior level at DFID on Africa Regional issues, and as Deputy Chief Economist.
